At Lavish by Lettie, I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take a moment to review my cancellation policy. Appointment Cancellations I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may not be allowed to book future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply. In some cases, this may be treated as a no-show. Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your final balance but will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don't show up.
